On a warm winter morning in Rochester, New York, a little girl was born with a paint brush in hand and an eye for design. You could always find her painting and doodling as the years went by. When the time came, she ventured off to college to get a Fine Arts degree. She met a ton of graphic designers and after seeing their projects, Shannon soon realized she needed to change her direction. Off to the big NYC she went to receive her Bachelors degree in Graphic Design. She now resides in the Virginia Beach area trying to make the world a prettier place one pixel at a time.

The name "Cracked in the Cranium" came to her in a dream one night (a dream involving design of course) and has stuck with her ever since. It's all about having fun with design and making people happy.

Born and raised on McCracken Rd., Sonny hit his early days of grade school as a miniature drawing machine. High school, he became nerdified and the senior-class marketing president. Hitting the University of Akron, he took that passion & energy and focused it towards his bachelors in Marketing. So, where does web development fit into this marketing guy’s career?

Well, as his career in online marketing [specifically social media] blossomed, he had an increased fondness for great web design. He took this desire and self-taught himself to learn more about the industry, not only web standards and through leading industry blogs, but CMS platforms where he could actually bring these designs to life. That’s his playground.
